The purpose of the 2014 IYLA Awards was to equip its most valuable iBelong Core Youth leaders in a variety of activities and workshops that engaged their leadership skills. We trained the participant's in the art of public speaking and unleashing their leadership potential. This was in partnership with the Manager's for Christ Toastmasters Club and the expertise of Clayton Wood in Business Ethics and Etiquette and Dr. Agnes Sarthou in Strategic Personal Excellence.
With about 71 youth participants from different backgrounds, we hope to empower the next generation!
